改良逆行气管插管在呼吸衰竭患者中的临床研究(1)

【摘要】 目的：通过报道本医院对呼吸衰竭伴有困难气道者试行改良逆行气管插管的经验，为临床实践提供参考。方法：观察组采用改良逆行气管插管法进行救治，对照组采用传统逆行气管插管法进行救治，样本数量均为35例。结果：对照组的插管时间和并发症发生率均明显高于观察组，对照组的第一次、第二次、第三次插管成功率均明显低于观察组。结论：在呼吸衰竭患者的救治中，采用改良逆行气管插管法的临床治疗效果要显著优于传统逆行气管插管法。
