【摘要】 目的：探讨厄贝沙坦片治疗高血压患者早期肾功能损害的临床疗效。方法：病例组对照，数据评价方法。结果：治疗组临床症状、血压、蛋白尿及肾功能改善优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：厄贝沙坦片能明显减少高血压患者尿蛋白的排泄，具有保护肾脏的作用，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect on Irbesartan in treatment of hypertension with early impairment of renal function. Method: The case set check against, data evaluation method.Result: the clinical symptoms, blood pressure, proteinuria and renal function of treatment group were more superior than the control group's(p<0.05).Conclusion: Irbesartan could reduced significantly the excretion of urinary protein in patients with hypertension,and had protective effect of Kidney,so it worth to be extended in clinical work ......
