【摘要】 目的 探讨产前检查与妊娠期糖尿病的关系，分析孕期保健的重要性。方法 回顾性分析94例妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床资料，比较定期产检组、不定期产检组的人群分布，妊娠期糖尿病疾病并发症、母婴结局。结果 不定期产检组的高龄、农村流动人口、肥胖、血糖高患者多(P<0.05)。不定期产检组中并发症早产、胎膜早破、、胎儿窘迫、产后出血、新生儿窒息、巨大儿的发生率高(P<0.05)。结论 定期产检对改善妊娠期糖尿病患者的母婴结局至关重要。
