BI-RADS与常规超声对比其在乳腺良恶性病灶鉴别中的应用价值

乳腺超声图像的影像报告与数据系统,乳腺病灶
     【摘要】 目的 应用超声乳腺图像和报告数据体系(Breast Imaging and Reporting Data System, BI-RADS)的具体分级方法及内容, 对比常规超声,探讨其在乳腺良恶性病灶鉴别中的应用价值。方法 对286个病灶应用分级诊断的结果与术后病理结果进行对照,评价BI-RADS系统在乳腺肿块良恶性鉴别的应用价值。结果 应用BI-RADS,准确度为78.3%(224/286);敏感度为95.0%(19/20),特异度为77.1%(205/266),常规超声准确度70.1% (200/286), 灵敏度75% (15/20) , 特异度69.5% (185/266)。结论 BI-RADS对超声报告进行规范化,并明显提高恶性病灶的敏感度,是一种有应用价值的诊断体系。

    【Abstract】 Objective:Useing the BI-RADS ultrasound, contrast to conventional ultrasound, to discuss the valve of differential Diagnosis of M alignant and Benign Breast Lesions. Methods: Compare the BI-RADS and the pathology results, and discussing the valve of the BI-RADS. Results: T he accuracy, sensitivity , specif icity of diagnosing by BI-RADS ultrasound and conventional ultrasound was 78.3% (224/286) , 95.0% ( 19/20) , 77.1% (205/266) and 70.1% (200/286), 75% (15/20) , 69.5% (185/266);respectively. Conclusions: BI-RADS ultrasound standardized the breast diagnosis system and increased the sensitivity of M alignant Lesions obviously, was a diagnosis system who has application valve. ......
