【摘要】 随着信息技术的迅速发展,信息化、数字化已渗透到我国的各行各业中。我国的医院管理也随之进入了数字化和信息化时代。为适应高速发展的现代化社会，在医院的管理中，运用各种新型的信息技术,以提高医院的医疗质量、工作效率以及提高管理水平。从而进一步达到更好地服务于病人和医务人员的目的。由此可见，医院信息化建设在医院管理中发挥着提高医院的科研、技术水平的重要作用。【关键词】 信息系统；人才结构；信息渠道

【Abstract】 with the rapid development of information technology, Information technology, digital technology has penetrated into all walks of life in our country. China Hospital Management also entered the digital and information age.To meet the rapid development of modern society, hospital's management should use a variety of new information technology to improve the quality of medical care, efficiency, and promote the management level in order to serve the patients and medical personnel better.Thus,the construciton of hospital information technology plays an important part in improving hospital management, research and technological level .
