特比萘芬外用治疗浅部真菌病67例临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:探讨特比萘芬治疗浅部真菌病的临床疗效。方法 选择我院浅部真菌病患者132例，随机分为两组，观察组和对照组。对照组采用克霉唑霜，2次/d,涂抹患处。观察组采用1%盐酸特比萘芬乳膏，涂抹患处，2次/d,疗程共为4周。疗程结束后，评定两组临床疗效。结果 观察组总有效率为94.0%；对照组总有效率为80.0%，两组总有效率比较，差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 采用特比萘芬外用治疗皮肤浅部真菌感染，临床效果显著，值得临床借鉴。

【Abstract】 objective:To explore the clinical effection of terbinafin by topical application on superficial mycosis.Methods：123cases with superficial mycosis selected were divided into two groups，observation group and control group. clotrimazole cream was given to the control group with smear，two times in a day；1% terbinafin cream was given to the control group with smear，two times in a day.the course was 4 weeks.after treatment，the clinical effection of the two groups was analyzed.Results：the total efficacy rate of observation group was 94.0%，the total efficacy rate ofcontrol group was 80.0%，there was significant difference in two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion：clinical effection of terbinafin by topical application on superficial mycosis is significant ......
