新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病合并颅内出血患者低钠血症38例临床分析(1)

     【摘要】 目的:研究HIE并颅内出血的新生儿发生低钠血症的原因与病情的相关性。 方法 从病理生理变化、病情严重程度、出血部位等多方面进行研究。结果 HIE的病情越严重,血钠越偏低;脱水剂应用,可致失钠性低钠血症。钠的摄入不足也可致缺钠性低钠血症。HIE的能量代谢障碍,钠泵失调,细胞内外钠分布异常,可发生低钠血症。颅内出血会导致CSWS和SIADH而产生性质不同的低钠血症。 结论 导致HIE合并颅内出血患者低钠血症的原因是多方面的;HIE病情越严重,血钠越低且恶化病情。重视低钠血症的处理,是降低病死率的重点之一。

    【 abstract 】 objective to study the HIE and intracranial bleeding newborns occur hyponatremia and the correlation of the cause of the illness. Methods the pathological physiology change, from serious condition degree, bleeding site and other aspects. The results of the more serious illness HIE, the low sodium blood; Dehydrant application, can cause loss of sodium hyponatremia. Sodium intake disadvantages can cause lack of sodium sex hyponatremia. HIE energy metabolization obstacle, the sodium pump disorders, cells inside and outside sodium anomaly distributing, can happen hyponatremia. Intracranial bleeding can lead to CSWS and SIADH and produce different nature of hyponatremia. Conclusion led HIE intracranial hemorrhage patients with hyponatremia reason is various; HIE the more serious illness, the lower blood sodium and deterioration of the illness. Pay attention to the processing of hyponatremia, is one of the focal points of mortality. ......
