【摘要】血吸虫病是一种严重危害人民身体健康，影响经济与社会发展的地方性疾病。我国自开展普查与防治试点工作以来，制定了一系列血吸虫防治规划办法，随着流行病学特征的变化及新疫情、新防治工具的出现，策略不断调整，加之我国科学家针对血吸虫病的防治研究不断发展。总之，随着研究的不断深入与发展，新技术、新疫苗的发现，我国血吸虫病防治体系建立得到较大的提高，但目前防治工作仍然艰巨。尤其是流动人口的控制，加强教育，提高认识，最终实现消除血吸虫病，避免受血吸虫的侵害。

    【Abstract】Schistosomiasis is a serious hazard to people''s health, economic and social development of endemic diseases. China since the work of survey and control program, developed a series of schistosome prevention planning approach, with the changes of the epidemiological characteristics of new outbreaks, new prevention tools, constantly adjust strategies, combined with Chinese scientists for schistosomiasis prevention and control continue to develop. In short, with the deepening of the study and development of new technologies, new vaccine discovery of schistosomiasis prevention system established is greatly improved, but prevention is still difficult.
