【摘要】高血压分原发性和继发性两种，继发性高血压是指继发于其他疾病或原因的高血压，血压升高仅是这些疾病的一个临床表现。继发性高血压的临床表现、并发和后果与原发性高血压相似。本文从继发性高血压的病因入手，全面分析了其诊断、预防和防治措施。从而使患者能早查明病因，通过针对病因的治疗，缩短病程甚至达到根治的目的。

    【Abstract】Hypertension primary and secondary points two, secondary hypertension is secondary to other diseases or causes of hypertension, high blood pressure is only a clinical manifestations of these diseases. Secondary hypertension and clinical manifestations, and consequences of concurrent with primary hypertension are similar. This article from the secondary hypertension causes, comprehensive analysis of its diagnosis, prevention and control measures. Thus enabling the patients to early identify the cause, through specific therapy, shorten the course of disease and even achieve radical goals.
