抑瘤素M在乳腺癌微环境调控与转移中的研究进展

【摘要】本文探讨了抑瘤素M(oncostatin M,OSM)在乳腺癌微环境中的多重作用。OSM通过激活JAK/STAT通路,促进上皮-间质转化、癌相关成纤维细胞活化和免疫逃逸,增强乳腺癌细胞的侵袭和转移能力,特别是在骨和肺的转移中。OSM还与基质金属蛋白酶协同作用,加速癌症进展。尽管OSM是潜在的治疗靶点,但其多效性带来了治疗挑战。未来研究需开发更具选择性和安全性的OSM抑制剂,并结合其他治疗策略以提高疗效。
