【摘要】急性阑尾炎是普外科常见的急腹症之一，而急性异位阑尾炎在急性阑尾炎中少见，由于位置变异，主要表现为不典型的腹痛，临床症状和体征与急性胆囊疾病、胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔、结肠憩室炎等相似。患者急诊就诊时影像学检查前准备不足，胃肠道显影不佳等，常容易误诊误治，导致其预后不良。本报告报道了1例肝下异位阑尾炎行腹腔镜阑尾切除术，并复习相关文献，以期为临床提供诊疗经验，提高诊断准确性。
