    【Abstract】 Adamantinoma of long bone (AD) and giant cell tumor of bone (GCTB) typically present as solitary bone lesions. It is extremely rare for both types of tumors to occur simultaneously inone patient.This article reports a17-year-old female patient who was admitted to the hospital due to right knee pain. Imagery suggested that the lower of the right femur and the upper of the right tibia had undergone bone destruction with the formation of soft tissue shadows. The clinicians diagnosed bone tumors and perform tumor curettage.The postoperative pathological diagnosis of the right femur lesion was GCTB ......
