【摘要】心衰(CHF)是心脏病患者的重要原因，本文就最近几年老年心衰的治疗研究新进展展开论述。强心甙类仍是治疗心衰的传统地位，自80年代以来血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)被临床广泛应用，以其独特药理基础得到迅速发展，尤其第三代新型ACEI，使心衰治疗从缓解症状上升到降低死亡率质的转变，被人们视为治疗心血管病新的转折。
