【摘要】目的：探讨干扰素加CO₂激光治疗尖锐湿疣的治疗方法。方法：尖锐湿疣患者90例，分成2组，用药组CO₂激光后加注射干扰素，对照组单用CO₂激光治疗。结果：尖锐湿疣经CO₂激光治疗后加注射干扰素，可促进创面修复，降低CO₂激光治疗后痂皮脱落出血，加速治疗后创面愈合。结论：CO₂激光治疗后加注射干扰素是治疗尖锐湿疣的一种理想方法。
