    【摘要】目的：探讨尾周围脓肿行一期阑尾切除的可行性。方法：对阑尾周围脓肿施行一期手术切除的76例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：76例均顺利施行了阑尾切除术，无肠痿发生，切口均一期愈合。结论：阑尾周围脓肿采取手术治疗一期切除阑尾是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

    【Abstract】Objective：Discusses feasibility which around the tail an abscess line of issue of appendix excises. Method：The abscess executes 76 examples clinical materials to the appendix around which an issue of surgery excises to carry on the review analysis. Finally：76 examples smoothly have executed the appendectomy, the atrophy occurrence, a margin issue heals. Conclusion：Around the appendix the abscess adopts the surgery to treat an issue of excision appendix is one kind of security, the effective method of treatment.
