    【摘要】目的：探讨产科DIC的诊治体会。方法：将2000年至2006年经我院救治的产科DIC18例作一总结分析。结果：18例中17例治愈，治愈率94.4%，15例行全子宫切除术，1例子宫破裂导致羊水栓塞诱发DIC抢救无效死亡，新生儿存活13例。结论：早期明确诊断，及时正确治疗对减少病死率至关重要。以抢救产妇的生命为主。及时终止妊娠。

    【Abstract】Obiective：Discussion obstetrics DIC diagnosis experience. Method：Obstetrics DIC18 example which treats and cures after my courtyard makes a summary analysis from 2000 to 2006, finally：In 18 examples 17 examples cure, curing rate 94.4%, 15 routine entire wombs excision methods, 1 example causes the amniotic fluid embolism to induce DIC to rescue the invalid death, the newborn survives 13 examples. Therefore the early time is clear about the diagnosis, the prompt correct treatment to reduces the case fatality rate to be very important. Rescues parturient woman's life primarily. Prompt termination pregnancy.
