    【摘要】医疗行业竞争日趋严重，先进的诊疗护理技术水平配合良好的服务体系，才能让患者满意。根据本院门诊的实际情况，完善门诊护理服务模式，调查结果显示，缩减了病人诊疗时间，使病人满意度得到提高，提升了门诊护理服务内涵，建立了良好的护理关系。
