    【摘要】目的：探讨手指和指蹼畸形手术治疗后的功能康复宣教。方法：本组26例手术后早期进行关节功能训练、按摩、弹力套压揎等康复治疗。通过功能康复治疗手指间关节和掌指关节功能、指蹼功能均有改善，88.5%患者生活能够完成或大部分自理。结论：对手指和指蹼畸形术后功能康复指导可取得较好的效果。
