血液透析联合血液灌流抢救急性重度中毒效果分析
【中图分类号】：R595 【文献标识码】：B 【文章编号】： 1004-597X(2007)12-0047-03【摘要】目的：探讨血液透析联合血液灌流抢救急性重度中毒效果分析。方法：选择符合诊断标准的患者随机分为两组，治疗组采用血液透析联合血液灌流(HD+HP)治疗对照组采用单纯血液透析(HD)治疗，每组各40例患者。结果：治疗组治愈率87.5%，对照组治愈率62.5%。结论：血液透析与血液灌流联合应用治疗急性中毒，二者优势互补，安全快速，疗效显著，提高了重度中毒患者的抢救成功率，值得在临床推广应用。
