【摘要】对尿道形成术后尿道狭窄的临床诊治，在临床中要注意以下几点：①尿道狭窄手术时机的选择，对于有炎症引起水肿的患者，应先局部消炎，避免癍痕孪缩，防止狭窄的进一步加重。②尿道狭窄术式的选择，首先要正确诊断狭窄部位，狭窄及长度，必要时行X线尿道造影进行诊断。
