【摘要】目的：评价自凝刀对粘膜下子宫肌瘤摘除术的疗效及安全性。方法：B超检查诊断为粘膜下子宫肌瘤45例。其中O型23例、I型16例、II型2例，肌瘤大小1.0～2.0cm 23例、2.1～5.0cm 20例、5.1～8.0cm 2例。经宫腔在B超超导下行子宫肌瘤射频消融术并摘除。结果：各种类型粘膜下肌瘤均一次性手术成功，术中采血50～150ml，未发生一例并发症，术后随访3～12月，满意率100%。结论：自凝刀治疗子宫粘膜下肌瘤安全可靠，是目前去除肌瘤保全子宫的最佳方法。
