【摘要】近年来异位妊娠发病率有上升趋势，典型的异位妊娠诊断并不困难；但不典型 的异位妊娠亦诊断起来就有了一定的难度。目前医院广泛使用腹腔镜来诊断异位妊娠，有效的提高了对异位妊娠的诊断率，大大降低了因异位妊娠而造成的大出血，休克，甚至死亡率。
