儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床治疗体会
【摘要】咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿使用雾化吸入的糖皮激素的必要性和安全性，通过临床数据的分析，晋米克令舒作为吸入型糖皮质激素，具有亲和力高，副作用小的优点，并以病理，生理学角度上阐明了普米克令舒治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的依据。

本文就咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿使用雾化吸人的糖皮质激素的必要性和安全性进行探讨，现报告如下。
1 对象和方法
1.1 重对象 为2006年9月～2007年9月，我院门诊以咳嗽为主要症状就诊的儿童，符合下列人选条件：(1)年龄4～14岁的儿童；(2)咳嗽持续和反复发作>1个月，运动后加重，痰量较少，但是没有喘息发作，症状多发作于凌晨、夜间或就寝时；(3)季节性发病或接触特异性过敏源，出现憋气、咳嗽等气道高反应症状；(4)双肺听诊无哮鸣音；(5)X线胸片无异常发现；(6)抗生素和止咳药治疗无效；(7)肺功能检查提示FEV1, http://www.100md.com(席晓翠 王淑芳)
