【摘要】肺癌是当今世界各国常见的恶性肿瘤，近年来，新型靶向治疗药物在临床实践中取得了显著疗效，经过大量临床研究，分子靶向药物吉非替尼的有效性和安全性得到进一步证实，东方人、女性、肺腺癌、非吸烟者为吉非替尼良好疗效的主要临床指针。
