【摘要】文拉法新是一种新型的抗抑郁药，它能较强地抑制5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素的再摄取，而治疗抑郁症。本文研究观察文拉法新缓释剂(商品名：怡诺思)治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性。
