【摘要】用外剥内扎加侧切术治疗83例急性嵌顿环状混合痔，全部治愈。经与对照组对照，急性期尽早采取手术治疗，能迅速减轻患者痛苦，缩短治疗时间，减少并发症，疗效肯定。
