【摘要】目的： 探讨适宜农村消化性溃疡患者健康教育的最佳方式和内容。方法： 采用自行设计问卷对2006年5月~2007年3月我科所诊治的消化性溃疡患者进行调查。结果： 患者易接受的方式依次为一对一面授、电话咨询、健康教育处方、健康教育讲座、专栏等。内容依次为指导用药、饮食、预防、心理支持。结论： 不同患者需求不同，健康教育的方式和内容应因人而异，有的放矢，才能达到良好效果。

    【Abstract】Objeetive:The discussion is suitable the countryside digestion ulcer patient health education best way and the content. Method: Uses independently designs asked volume the digestion ulcer patient which~2007 year in March my branch diagnoses to May, 2006 carries on the investigation. Result：The patient is easy the way which accepts is in turn a pair as soon as imparts, the telephone consultation, the health education prescription, the health education course, the column and so on. The content is in turn the instruction with the medicine, the diet, prevents, the psychological support. Conclusion: The different patient demand is different, the health education way and the content should be different from person to person, with a clear goal, can achieve the good effect. ......
