【摘要】目的：医院的防保科室充分利用计算机网络的时效性、多向性、准确性采集所需要的信息，提高疫情报卡质量和工作效率。方法：利用His系统中的门诊医生站、lis检验系统、放射报告等各个模块获取疾病信息和疫情信息，加快报卡的时间，克服了迟报、漏报卡现象的发生，提高了疫情报告质量。结果：我院在使用了这个系统后大大地提高了疫情报卡质量和工作效率增加了疫情报卡工作的时效性、科学性。我院由2005年初的报卡迟、漏报率从46%下降至0%。结论：His系统在疾病预防和疫情监测中大有可为，并且计算机网络技术应用于疫情报卡将是一个发展方向。
