     【摘要】老人晚餐吃多了有害,吃少了有益的说法是有一定科学道理的。随着年龄的增长,老人肠蠕动减缓,吸收功能低下,运动量下降,过多的饮食,常会导致消化不良与疾病。所以,健康的饮食习惯,有利于老年人的身心健康。

Along with the age growth, the old person intestines wriggle slow down, absorption function low, the physiological load of exercise drops, excessively many diets, the regular meeting causes the digestion not to be good and the disease. Therefore, the healthy diet custom, is advantageous to senior citizen’s healthy in mind and body.
