【摘要】目的:运用临床护理路径对胸壁结核围手术期患者实施整体护理，探讨其能否降低医疗成本，达到最佳的护理效果。方法:将2005年12月～2006年12月收治的106名患者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例。观察组实施临床护理路经法，对照组实施一般常规护理。结果:观察组患者住院天数和费用明显低于对照组，P<0.05；患者的满意度高于对照组，P<0.05；健康教育情况高于对照组，P<0.01。结论:胸壁结核患者围手期通过引入临床护理路径，实施治疗、护理及患者的自理康复，形成主动护理与主动参与相结合，可明显减少平均住院日、降低住院费用，提高了患者的满意度。
