【摘要】目的：探讨可来福接头和肝素帽接头在浅静脉留置针应用中的利弊。方法：选择2005年8月～2006年8月我们应用浅静脉留置针患者132例随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组使用可来福接头，对照组使用肝素帽接头，对两组病人回血和堵管情况进行疗效观察。结果两组病人疗效有显著性差异，观察组使用可来福接头疗效明显优与对照组使用旰素帽接头。结论：可来福接头使用安全，方便，值得临床推广和应用。
