中药灌肠配合西药治疗慢传输型便秘临床观察
【摘要】为探讨提高治疗慢传输型便秘的疗效，将120例随机分为两组，治疗组60例采用白拟中药方润肠通便汤，辅以肠动力药及植物神经调节剂；对照组60例服用麻仁丸治疗。疗程7d，2疗程后统计疗效。治疗组治愈50例，治愈率83%，好转10例，好转率17%，总有效率100%。对照组治愈率及总有效率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结果表明，以润肠通便汤为主配合西药治疗慢传输型便秘，取得良好效果。【关键词】便秘；润肠通便汤；疗效
