止眩汤联合盐酸培他司汀注射液治疗眩晕症疗效观察

【摘要】目的：观察止眩汤(自拟)联合盐酸培他司汀注射液治疗眩晕症的临床疗效。方法：73例眩晕症患者随机分为治疗组38例，应用止眩汤1日1剂，分3次口服，同时使用盐酸培他司汀注射液20mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静滴，每日1次；对照组35例，应用复方丹参注射液250m1静滴，每日1次，疗程5天。结果：治疗组总有效率92.11%，对照组总有效率60.00%，两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：止眩汤联合盐酸培他司汀注射液治疗眩晕症可显著提高疗效。
