磁共振检查对腕管综合征的诊断价值

【摘要】 腕管综合征(CTS) 是临床上最常见的周围神经卡压类疾病, 主要为各种原因致腕管内压力增高，正中神经在腕管内受卡压而产生其相应支配区神经功能障碍的综合征。好发于中老年人，常被误诊为颈椎病、末梢神经炎等。CTS 患者典型的临床表现为桡侧三指半麻木、疼痛, 拇指外展功能受限。临床上易误诊为颈椎病和多发性周围神经病变。
