【摘要】随着我国人口的老龄化趋势，胃癌患者中老年患者所占比例逐渐增加。因此对于老年胃癌患者的临床特点，及其术后并发症等问题的研究亦越来越受到关注。本文对106例胃癌患者的临床资料进行分析，以探讨影响老年胃癌患者的术后并发症的危险因素。【关键词】老年胃癌患者；并发症；临床探讨
