护理差错事故的评估与防范措施
【摘要】为确保护理质量，笔者认为只有重点抓好在职护理人员的继续教育及技能培训，尤其是部份未经正规教育和系统学习的人员，尚无护士执业执照人员，一方面医院应为其创造条件进行系统学习和培训，另外还要施加一定的压力，以促进学习；同时，必须建立一套符合我院实际的、能有效解决问题的、有特色的目标质量管理机制和系统的管理评价体系，才能不断增强医护人员的责任心和提高操作技能，从根本上才能避免和杜绝护理差错和事故的发生。【关键词】护理差错；事故；评估；防范措施
