【摘要】医学信息学作为一门边缘交叉学科，涉及多个学科，其研究对象具有不确定、难以度量和复杂的特点，这些特点要求医学信息学人才需具备较好的哲学素养。本文简述了医学信息学人才培养哲学思维的必要性和需要着重培养的几种哲学思维。
