【摘要】目的：探索慢性肾脏病引起的肾小球滤过率下降(GFR<90ml/min)和肾脏其它功能损害及由此产生的代谢紊乱和临床症状组成的综合症，称为慢性肾衰，并根据不同阶段的临床表现将其分类采取不同的侧重治疗；纠正代谢酸中毒，水电质紊乱，营养治疗，改善贫血，控制高血压，预防慢性肾衰并发症，口服吸附，导泻排毒等非透析综合治疗，取得了显著疗效，不同程度的延缓慢性肾衰的进展，有效的保护了残余肾功能。
