【摘要】目的:观察奥扎格雷钠联合盐酸丁咯地尔注射液治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床效果。方法:将86例2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组；对照组给予常规治疗+盐酸丁咯地尔200mg静点；治疗组在此基础上+奥扎格雷钠注射液80mg静点，每日1次；2周后观察两组患者治疗前后下肢血管病变的临床表现和踝臂指数(ABI)。结果：两组治疗后下肢病变情况较治疗前有改善，但治疗组较对照组改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论:奥扎格雷钠联合盐酸丁咯地尔注射液对糖尿病下肢血管病变有明显的临床治疗作用。
