【摘要】皮肤溃疡是由多种原因引起的皮肤完整性损害，未及时愈合而并发感染，临床多系一些疾病的并发症，如慢性糖尿病，下肢浅静脉曲张，血栓闭塞性脉管炎等，处理措施通常应用生理盐水配制庆大霉素溶液清洗包扎，疗效缓慢，甚至久治不愈，极易导致脓毒血症，给患者增添生命危险。2004年3月~2007年5月，我科采用复方生肌散加痢特灵治疗，经临床对比观察，效果显著。
