【摘要】卵巢肿瘤是妇科常见疾病之一，其手术方案因肿瘤的性质差别很大。卵巢肿瘤种类繁多，临床表现多样，组织学表现及生物学行为复杂，术前不易确诊，良性恶性肿瘤的手术切除范围又截然不同。为防止手术治疗过度或不足，避免不必要的第二次手术，我院妇科将卵巢肿瘤术中冰冻切片列为常规。笔者将近年来从事病理工作中收集的卵巢囊肿冰冻切片进行分析，总结卵巢囊肿冰冻切片误诊的常见原因，以提高临床诊断的准确率。
