【摘要】功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia, FD)是持续或反复发作的，包括上腹痛、上腹胀、早饱、嗳气、恶心、呕吐等上腹部症状的一组症候群。病因复杂，部分患者存在胃动力异常并与精神因素有关。FD的发病率高达16%~28%。笔者对2004年12月~2007年12月在我院就诊的功能性消化不良的病人给予莫沙必利与小剂量多虑平(每晚25 mg)治疗，取得了满意的疗效。

    【Abstract】The functionality dyspepsia (functional dyspepsia, FD) is continues or manifests suddenly repeatedly, including epigastralgia, on the distension of the abdomen, is early full, belches, disgusting, epigastrium symptom and so on vomit group of syndromes. The cause of disease is complex, the partial patients have the stomach power exceptionally and concern with the energetic factor. The FD disease incidence rate reaches as high as 16%~28%. The author ~2007 year in December the patient gave not Sha Bili and the small dosage to December, 2004 in my courtyard seeing a doctor's functionality dyspepsia considers thoroughly (each night 25 mg) to treat evenly, has obtained the satisfactory curative effect. ......
