【摘要】甲状腺肿瘤切除术，可以采用局麻、硬膜外麻醉和插管全麻。对于单纯的甲状腺腺瘤手术，我们采用颈丛神经阻滞，加上一定的辅助用药，能更灵活地配合手术，取得了良好的麻醉效果。

    【Abstract】The thyroid gland tumor excision method, may use local anesthesia, outside the hard membrane to anaesthetize and to insert a tube the general anesthesia. Regarding the pure thyroid gland adenoma surgery, we use a neck clump of nerve to hinder, in addition certain auxiliary medication, can coordinate the surgery nimbly, has made the good anaesthesia progress.
