【摘要】目的：总结子宫捆绑术对产后出血的治疗效果。方法：采用常规止血处理不能止血的病例10例进行子宫捆绑式手术。结果：10例患者均能较好止血，无1例因术后止血不佳而行子宫切除术。结论：子宫捆绑式手术是治疗剖宫产术中因宫缩乏力致产后出血的一种有效方法。

    【Abstract】Objective: Summary womb bundle technique to postpartum hemorrhage treatment result. Method: Uses the case 10 examples which conventional hematischesis processing cannot stop bleeding to perform the womb bundle type surgery. Finally: 10 example patients can good stop bleeding, after not having because an example technique, stop bleeding not good and the good womb excision method.
