不同浓度过氧化脲漂白剂对釉质脱矿的影响

     【摘要】目的:观察10%、15%、30%过氧化脲漂白剂对牙釉质脱矿的影响。方法:选用正畸拔除的健康前磨牙,制备成釉质块,经10%、15%、30%过氧化脲漂白剂处理6h后,采用Perkin-Elmer 5100 PC原子吸收分光光度计检测牙釉质脱矿产生的Ca2+浓度。结果:10%、15%、30%过氧化脲对釉质脱矿与对照组(去离子水)相比有统计学差异,然而,不同浓度的过氧化脲对釉质脱矿与可乐相比无统计学差异。结论:不同浓度的过氧化脲会对釉质产生脱矿,然而,因釉质脱矿产生Ca2+量较少,对过氧化脲作为漂白剂运用于临床不会产生影响。

    【Abstract】Observes: 10%, 15%, 30% peroxidation urea bleaching agent to escape the ore to the enamel of tooth the influence. Method: Selects is being unbalanced the wiping out healthy premolar, prepares the tooth enamel block, after 10%, 15%, 30% peroxidation urea bleaching agent processes 6h, uses Perkin-Elmer 5100 PC atom absorption spectrophotometer examination enamel of tooth to escape the Ca2+ density which the ore produces. Finally: the 10%th, 15%, 30% peroxidation urea escape the ore and the control group to the tooth enamel (deionized water) compares has statistics difference, however, the different density's peroxidation urea escapes the ore to the tooth enamel with to be possible to compare the non-statistics difference happily. Conclusion: The different density's peroxidation urea will produce to the tooth enamel escapes the ore, however, because the tooth enamel will escape the ore to have the Ca2+ quantity to be few, will utilize to the peroxidation urea as the bleaching agent in clinical will not have the influence. ......
