【摘要】目的：探讨剖宫产手术最佳麻醉方式。方法：选择140例剖宫产患者，分硬膜外穿刺针直接注药组和经导管给药组各70例，进行麻醉效果比较。结果：硬膜外穿刺针直接注药组优良率94.3%，经导管给药组优良率82.8%。结论：经硬膜外穿刺针直接注药用于剖宫产手术起效快，阻滞完全，可以避免导管置入引起的出血、折管和刺伤神经等并发症。
