【摘要】目的：探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在腰椎间盘病变检查中的应用价值。方法：分析100例腰椎间盘病变的MSCT资料，观察各种重建方法对病变的显示情况。结果：MSCT轴位及MPR、3D重建结合，可清楚显示椎间盘突出的部位、形态、大小、类型及硬肺囊、神经根受压程度。结论：MSCT在椎间盘病变检查中具有重要作用，结合MPR重建应列为常规手段。

    【Abstract】Objective： Discussion multi-layer screw CT (MSCT), in the waist intervertebral disc pathological change inspects the application value. Method: Analyzes 100 example waist intervertebral disc pathological change's MSCT material, observes each reconstruction method to pathological change's demonstration situation. Finally: MSCT axis position and MPR, 3D reconstruction union, but demonstrates the intervertebral disc prominent spot, the shape, the size, the type and the hard lung sac, the nerve root bearing degree clearly. Conclusion: MSCT in the intervertebral disc pathological change inspects has the influential role, unifies the MPR reconstruction to list as the conventional method. ......
