[摘要]目的 总结15年特大面积烧伤病人康复期的自我护理情况。方法 从心理护理、康复护理、功能锻炼、残余创面以及营养支持等方面的护理,对1987年—2002年期间8例留在我院康复病房的特大面积烧伤康复期病人进行总结。结论 质量较高的自我护理可以使患者机体在生理和心理上能够自行调节，提高病人伤后重返社会的能力和家庭生活质量。

    ABSTRACTObject Investigated how very heavy burned patients rehabilitated in convalescent period after self-care system being used.Method we investigated the material which was about how very heavy burned patients (n=8) changed in their convalescent period after self-care system being used, including psychology care,rehabilition care,skill exercise, surplus wounds and nurtrition supply and so on from 1987 to 2002. ConclusionA good self-care system could help these patients get better psychology and physical condition,they could be fit for the need of society and their quality in family life improved. ......
