趋化因子受体CCR7在胃癌患者外周血CD3+CD8+T细胞上的表达情况及其与肿瘤的相关研究(1)

[摘要]目的 检测胃癌患者术前、术后外周血中CD3+CD8+T细胞上趋化因子受体(chemokine receptor)CCR7的表达情况，探讨CCR7在胃癌的发生、发展及浸润转移过程中的作用。方法 利用流式细胞仪检测每一例患者外周血，以CELLQuest软件分析获取CD3+CD8+T细胞，检测趋化因子受体CCR7的阳性表达率。比较胃癌患者与正常人外周血CD3+CD8+T细胞上趋化因子受体CCR7的表达情况；比较胃癌患者术前、术后外周血CD3+CD8+T细胞上趋化因子受体CCR7表达阳性率变化。结果 胃癌患者外周血CD3+CD8+T细胞上CCR7阳性表达率与正常人比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)，可以认为正常对照组外周血CD3+CD8+T细胞上CCR7阳性表达率比患者组高；术前组与术后组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)，可以认为胃癌患者术后组外周血CD3+CD8+T细胞上CCR7阳性表达率比术前组高。结论 CCR7在胃癌患者外周血CD3+CD8+T细胞上高度表达，并与胃癌的病理分化程度、肿瘤大小和临床分期的密切相关；CCR7的表达可能与促细胞凋亡和抗细胞凋亡蛋白质有关。
