[摘要] 目的 观察LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变的临床效果。方法 对经过妇科检查初步诊断为不同类型宫颈疾病且要求物理治疗的患者1122例行LEEP刀治疗。结果 通过对1122例患者的观察，LEEP刀治疗宫颈疾病一次性成功率高，无继发性出血和感染的发生。结论 LEEP刀治疗宫颈疾病效果优良，恢复快、痛苦轻，经济简便，能给更多的宫颈疾病患者解除病痛。

    Abstract：Objective: to observe the LEEP knife therapy the clinical effect of cervical lesions.

    Methods: after gynaecology primary diagnosis of different type cervical disease and require physical therapy patients LEEP knife therapy 1122 cases.

    Results: of 1122 patients through the observation, the LEEP knife treatment cervical disease one-time high success rate, no secondary bleeding and infection.

    Conclusion: treatment of cervical disease LEEP knife is effective, quick recovery, pain, economy and simple, light can give more patients with cervical disease remove disease.
